Kangasniemi
is located in the Puula-Kyyvesi Lake District. Puula and
Kyyvesi are part of the Kymijoki River water system, which
drains into the Gulf of Finland; it includes the largest
upper-reach lakes belonging to the Mäntyharju route. The
combined water area is the 10th biggest in Finland. It has
a total length of about 70 kilometres and it is 50
kilometres in width.
There
